Every machine that we ship has been fully tested and configured to work (and look) like new. If there are any special notes or issues about the item, it will always be listed in the item’s description.
Pre-loaded software varies by model but all machines come with the operating system noted in the product’s information page. All Windows installations are Genuine Microsoft Installations. Additional software includes only open-sourced software and will always be listed in the item description page. All computers come ready-to-go so you can just turn it on and get going!

Every product you purchase from GreenTech comes with a standard 14-day money back guarantee, as long as the item is returned in its original condition. If something is wrong with your order we will take care of it. Simply changed your mind? You pay shipping costs.

All products sold from GreenTech include a 14 Day Warranty.

In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping or is non-operational for some reason, please contact us immediately. We will, at our discretion, either repair or replace the item.

If you need to return a system, it is your responsibility to backup any information you may need. GreenTech is not responsible for data that may be lost or damaged during transit or a repair.

GreenTech warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

GreenTech warrants this refurbished hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 14 DAY from the date of original retail purchase. If a defect exists, GreenTech will honor the warranty in one of the following ways;

(1) Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.

(2) Exchange the product with a product that is functionally equivalent to the original product.

(3) Refund the purchase price of the product.

A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes GreenTech’s property. When a refund is given, your product becomes GreenTech’s property.

This warranty does not apply to:

(a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication

(b) damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone other than GreenTech technicians

(c) a product or a product with a part that has been modified or

(d) any item where the Microsoft Certificate of Authenticity has been removed or defaced
